Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If such negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation in Kampala, Uganda before resorting to arbitration or litigation.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rabbi's Garden regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through our website or by email. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
